General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abc4444 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abc4444 website located at abc4444.app, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the abc4444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing abc4444 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts and divisions. Continued use of the abc4444 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules applicable to an individual game, promotional offer, or feature, the specific rules for that game, offer, or feature shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. Where no specific rules are published, these General Terms shall apply in full.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the abc4444 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 18+ By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If abc4444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds within the account will be withheld pending age verification.

In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an active abc4444 account:

• You are accessing abc4444 as a private individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or corporate entity.
• You are not acting as an agent for any third party when placing wagers or accessing the platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of abc4444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended abc4444 account.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion or cool-off period currently active on your account.
• You are using funds that belong to you personally and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

abc4444 takes its duty to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed, all wagering activity voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method where legally permissible. The Company cooperates fully with child protection authorities in any matter involving underage access.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the abc4444 platform — including making deposits, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and country of residence. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) abc4444 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, using different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, abc4444 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all wagers and cancel all pending withdrawals across all duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity on duplicate accounts.
• Retain real-money balances pending investigation, with confirmed legitimate funds returned at the Company's discretion.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures, abc4444 may request verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal review. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify abc4444 support immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. abc4444 will take reasonable steps to secure the account once notified, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

abc4444 supports a range of local and international payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladeshi players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used on abc4444 must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account, card, or mobile wallet registered to a person other than the abc4444 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party payments are identified, the deposit will be reversed, any associated winnings voided, and the account may be suspended.

• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect depending on the issuing bank.
• abc4444 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours for standard accounts and within 15 minutes for VIP Platinum and Diamond tier players.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, or to a verified account in the player's name.
• abc4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

abc4444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These General Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the abc4444 platform:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the offer terms — including minimum deposit amounts, eligible game categories, and account status requirements.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual offer terms.
• abc4444 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a software error has occurred.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• abc4444 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players who participate in the abc4444 VIP Loyalty Programme are subject to the specific VIP programme terms in addition to these General Terms. VIP tier status, cashback percentages, and associated benefits are determined solely at abc4444's discretion and may be adjusted, upgraded, or downgraded based on account activity, compliance with these Terms, and responsible gaming considerations.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on any game or sports market on the abc4444 platform, you agree to the specific rules governing that game or market. General betting and gaming rules that apply across the abc4444 platform are set out below.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. abc4444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances of a technical error or where a market is voided.
• abc4444 reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• For cricket and other sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a dispute between the official result and a live data feed, the official result shall be determinative.
• abc4444 operates certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games. The outcome of each game round is independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or by abc4444's system configuration.
• Maximum win caps apply to certain games and markets. Where applicable, the maximum payout limit for a single game session or bet is specified in the game's rules page or the relevant market terms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome determined at the server level. If the round cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false personal information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the abc4444 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform outside of normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature — including failing to report such issues to abc4444 support promptly upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the abc4444 platform to launder money.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the abc4444 platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or software code.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communication toward abc4444 staff or other platform users.

abc4444 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, abc4444 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds, voiding of wagers, and permanent account closure — without prior notice to the player.

Account Suspension & Closure

abc4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period specified by abc4444.
• Account inactivity — an account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to inactivity procedures, including a monthly administration fee against any remaining balance after the dormancy period, where permitted by applicable law.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity connected to the account.
• At the player's own request — either as a voluntary account closure or as a self-exclusion measure.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting abc4444 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from abc4444 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed. abc4444 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms. Where an account is closed following a breach investigation, abc4444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of that investigation.
